I have been seeing Dr. Raksanaves and Dr. Pearcy for adult orthodontic treatment after they were recommended to me by my dentist. I am so pleased with the care I've received, and I would recommend them to anyone. They took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered, and have repeatedly demonstrated that they care deeply about their patients. I've had two emergency issues arise after hours during the course of my treatment - a spacer that got wedged in the wrong place before palate expansion surgery, and an expander that dislodged after surgery - and in each case I was seen immediately and the issues were promptly taken care of. Dr. Raksanaves and Dr. Pearcy are wonderful, and everyone in their office is friendly, kind, and professional. Truly the best orthodontists in Tucson. ~ J.

Drs. Pearce & Raksanaves are two of the most respected Orthodontists, found in Tucson and the surrounding area. I have done extensive research. It is time for this senior to get some much needed orthodontic work. Dr Raksanaves is awesome and I feel confident about my treatment and the perspective outcome. They get you in quickly, the same day if urgent. This office values and respects your time, no long waiting for appointments. Attentively, they listen to your concerns, patiently answering all your questions. In my opinion, if you’re looking for the closest thing to perfection, seek no further! I am a 40 year old, and despite having braces as a teenager, like many of us, my teeth were beginning to move out of alignment. I chose for Dr. Racsanavas & Dr. Pearcy to realign my teeth as an alternative to veneers. My options in their office and for other cosmetic dentists were clearly provided. A time line and scope of the plan were well elucidated. I had the braces placed on Friday, and they called me over the weekend to make sure I was handling them well. The office has state of the art imaging. The Orthodontists have excellent credentials which attest to their qualifications and I appreciate the real world experience they have gained over time, as well as their commitment to continuing dental education. ~ Brenda H

Still a current patient and I am very impressed with this whole experience. The staff at Drs Pearcy and Raksanaves are polite and professional and always a pleasure to see. Drs Pearcy and Raksanaves themselves are also professional, knowledgeable and make the experience pleasant and comfortable. They are easy to talk to and thoroughly explain everything. I love the options to view your progress online with both photos and x-rays; it is exciting to see the changes real time! My son started orthodontic treatment with Dr. Wilde a few months ago. We've been very pleased with our experience with Orthodontic Specialists so far. The staff is all very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and punctual. Dr. Wilde has taken the time to really explain the treatment plan and different options, and has been great about including my son in the discussions. We got initial consults from multiple orthodontists at other practices, but Dr. Wilde really took the time to study my son's complicated case and figure out the best course to improve his alignment and bite. We've been seeing Dr. A (as she's affectionately called) off and on for 4 years. It began with me getting braces followed by braces for my husband, and pallet expanders for both of our sons. One thing I appreciate about them is the efficient use of time during appointments. There's no long wait to be seen and they are prepared for the patients. Additionally, for us adults they provided options for treatment. They also did their best to minimize our time in braces as adults, which we both appreciated. Let’s talk about the best Orthodontist and his team. Over a year ago we were on a search for a orthodontist here in town, but per my kiddo it was of her choice because she is very picky and had to find someone who she was comfortable with. We met Dr. Wilde and here we are a year later her teeth have come along way and she is beyond grateful for her results thus far. If you want an orthodontist who’s taking the time to do the job right and get you the result you hope for this is the office for you, now the ladies and Hector the assistant are a bonus and treat you like family ! Before I even stepped foot into this office, I knew that I was going to like them. I had the pleasure of dealing with the receptionist Kristin over the phone to set up my son’s appointment; she was so nice and personable. As soon as we entered the office, we were greeted by two very friendly receptionists. Then every person from there who we encountered was so sweet, nice and had a smile on their face. We could not have been more pleased with our visit. After having consults with two other orthodontists we finally found an honest one. My three children received orthodontic care by Drs. Pearcy and Raksanaves. I thoroughly respect the fact that my eldest child was referred by his general dentist at age ten. I was sure any orthodontist receiving a referral would slap braces on and collect their fee. I was so impressed with that the Drs. said they just wanted to watch and wait. It was 2 1/2 years before they put my son in full braces. My kids were treated so well, as were my husband and I. We would definitely recommend Drs. Absolutely incredible place! Any time I’m choosing a physician I put a lot of thought and research into it which is how I came across this office, and I’m very happy with my decision. I needed braces for functional as well as aesthetic reasons and came in with the plan to get veneers when my braces came off. From my very first appointment Dr. Raksanaves has been absolutely wonderful. This is a woman who takes great pride in her work and it is very apparent. She is detail oriented, experienced, and truly wants what’s best for each patient. She has incredible foresight and has been meticulous about how she positioned my teeth for my individual case. She has kept me involved throughout my treatment and was super informative, as she took a great deal of time explaining and answering any questions I had. HIGHLY recommend Wilde Orthodontics. Dr Wilde is friendly and has a gently hand and is always willing to answer questions. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. Took me many years to decide to get braces due to my age. Dr Wilde made the process easy and painless as could be. The medical staff is also friendly and easy to work with. This office absolutely wonderful!! The staff is amazing and so understanding and treat your children like family. Dr. Wilde actually listens and doesn't just throw your kid in braces. He tries the most non invasive ways to help first which I am thankful for with my 6 year old autistic son. Suzanna is so kind and explains everything financially very clearly so there are no surprises. All around a wonderful experience not only for me but for my son. After a lifetime of living in different places all across the globe and seeing a large variety of different dental care providers, we were absolutely delighted to discover Dr. Wilde a few years ago. His entire office has been beyond excellent and amazing in every way - communication, professionalism, friendliness, efficiency, planning for and discussing expenses, strategical thinking for long term care and issues, emergency/ crisis managing, and, ultimately, providing treatment and care that is beyond expectations. Dr. Wilde himself is an excellent orthodontist and just an all-around wonderful human being that you can't help but like and be grateful to know. My family can't recommend them enough. Ordinarily, in an endorsement, I would list the one or two items that we didn't like or could have been better, but I genuinely don't have any thing even remotely "negative" or constructive to say. I can’t say enough good things about Orthodontic Specialists. Both of my children have had braces and other work done here, and the overall experience has been flawless. It's been over 10 years since I've had my braces off, but just about everyone in my high school had their braces with Dr. Pearcy and Raksanaves. They are some of the kindest, gentlest, and most intelligent specialists in this field. All of the staff from reception to hygienists are professional and lovely. Last year, a decade after I last was in their office for my braces, I came back to see Dr. Pearcy to see if he could help with a wisdom tooth surgery I had (at another practice) which damaged my nerve and affected my sensation in my lower lip. Dr. Pearcy greeted me like an old friend and shaved a minuscule portion of tooth so there was less pressure in the area. At the end of the appointment he told the receptionist there was no charge for my appointment. That level of kindness and compassion - especially as I was in a very emotional situation having lost part of my sensation likely permanently deeply moved me. The office is always has an inviting and calm atmosphere. This is one of the most professional, efficient offices I have had the opportunity to visit. They value and respect your time. If you are on time, they are always ready for you. I value seeing the same staff over the course of the last few years we have been patients. We went in for my son's consultation and it was a great experience from the moment we arrived. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly. The nurse who did the scans was patient and kind with my son. Susan and Dr. Wilde were great during the consultation. They explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and put my kiddo at ease with the whole process.
