I have been seeing Dr. Raksanaves and Dr. Pearcy for adult orthodontic treatment after they were recommended to me by my dentist. I am so pleased with the care I've received, and I would recommend them to anyone. They took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered, and have repeatedly demonstrated that they care deeply about their patients. I've had two emergency issues arise after hours during the course of my treatment - a spacer that got wedged in the wrong place before palate expansion surgery, and an expander that dislodged after surgery - and in each case I was seen immediately and the issues were promptly taken care of. Dr. Raksanaves and Dr. Pearcy are wonderful, and everyone in their office is friendly, kind, and professional. Truly the best orthodontists in Tucson. ~ J.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to the staff at Wilde Orthodontics. My son needed a replacement upper retainer after his original cracked. We already had a mold and scan from his previous orthodontic treatment, so I reached out to see if a new one could be made. After an initial phone message didn’t go through clearly, Summer quickly responded to my online inquiry, apologized for the mix-up, and immediately took ownership of helping us. She coordinated with Hector, who reviewed the model in person. When I brought everything in, both were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Within about 10 minutes, we walked out with a brand-new retainer. The turnaround time and level of customer care were outstanding. Everyone in the office was welcoming and friendly, and Summer and Hector truly made a lasting impression. Highly recommend! ~ Christy F
We had such a great experience at Wilde Orthodontics! Our oldest daughter just got her braces, and since this was our first experience with braces, we weren’t sure what to expect. The entire team made the process so easy and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, informative, and never made us feel pressured. Dr. Wilde was kind and did a fantastic job! Getting the braces on was much quicker and easier than we expected. Suzanne was wonderful in helping us understand our treatment plan, and Hector was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made both us and our daughter feel comfortable and confident throughout the appointment.
